Our Wedding

Like many great stories, ours began with a move and a little bit of perfect timing.

In August of 2020, Antonino had just relocated to Houston, ready to settle into a new city and a new chapter. Not long after, he met Julia, and what started as a simple connection from a close friend quickly turned into something neither of us could have expected. At first, we were just friends. The kind of friends who could laugh for hours, share stories, and always find an excuse to hang out. Antonino may admit he liked Julia from the beginning… Julia might also admit it took her a little longer to catch up. Over time, our friendship grew into something truly special. We became best friends, and eventually even roommates, building a life full of everyday moments that somehow always felt like the best parts of life such as late-night talks, shared routines, weekend plans, and plenty of laughs. Somewhere along the way, Julia realized what Antonino had known all along: this wasn’t just friendship. In November of 2021, we officially started dating, and it didn’t take long to feel like we were exactly where we were meant to be. Since then, we’ve packed in more memories than we can count between travel adventures, nights out exploring new bars, and countless meals (from amazing restaurants and Julia’s incredible cooking). Whether it was a big trip or a simple Tuesday dinner, we’ve always found joy in the little things.. especially when we’re together. In May of 2025, right as we were stepping into an exciting new phase of life, moving back to Cleveland and building our forever home, Antonino proposed. It was one of those moments that felt both completely surprising and completely right, and it marked the beginning of our next adventure: forever. Along the way, we’ve been incredibly lucky to share so many of these moments with the people who mean the most to us, our family and friends. E. 4th Street + Downtown Cleveland

If you’re staying downtown (or hanging around the Flats near Aloft), E. 4th Street is one of the best spots in the city for a lively, walkable night out—restaurants, cocktails, comedy, and live music all in one place. Downtown also has some of Cleveland’s highest-rated restaurants for a memorable dinner. Must-Visit Spots on East 4th Street (Perfect for pre-dinner drinks, a full night out, or post-event fun.) Tremont

Just across the river from Downtown, Tremont is full of beautiful old churches, brick streets, patios, and some of the city’s most-loved restaurants and bars. It’s perfect for a relaxed dinner, cocktail night, or a fun afternoon exploring. Little Italy If you’re looking for a neighborhood that feels like a mini getaway, Little Italy is a must. It’s one of Cleveland’s most charming areas—lined with Italian restaurants, bakeries, patios, and shops. Great for a date night, family dinner, or a fun group outing. Nido Italia (Our Favorite!) - A landmark Little Italy restaurant serving traditional Italian cuisine and great wine in an iconic setting. Mia Bella Restaurant - One of the most popular Little Italy spots—known for classic Italian dishes, warm service, and consistently strong reviews.
